Recent study in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (1998; 179: 444-52) revealed that women with documented PMS can benefit from Calcium supplementation. 1200mg elemental calcium (Calcium carbonate as Tums E-X)was effective in reducing more than 50% of symptoms intensity in more than half of the participating women.Did you have similar experiences or any comments?
