Patients can request access to our Secure Patient Portal by providing a valid e-mail address upon registering for your next appointment. Subsequently, we will email your username and password via encrypted and secured e-mail. 

The Patient Portal provides a platform where we can quickly publish medical information for review online. We are going to expand and improve our patient portal according to your suggestions and requests.
